Return Policy

After your purchase, you have 15 days to return your item with the store receipt and original tags still attached and NO signs of wear, makeup, cigarette smoke or pet hair. 

You can exchange for a different size, a different item or a store credit.

We are not responsible for items after you have washed and dried. Many of our boutique style clothes are recommended to be hand washed or dry clean only. Please refer to the care tag prior to washing/drying. 

Sale items, jewelry, seasonal items and door busters are FINAL SALE ITEMS. We recommend and welcome trying on items prior to purchasing. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All jewelry items, seasonal items, doorbusters and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
